SharkScope Desktop – macOS Ventura Users –

Please uninstall SharkScope Desktop then go to your home directory  /Users/YOUR_USER and then delete below file from /Library/Preferences/


If the file is not there, please try from the root directory: /Library/Preferences/, look for it with searchlight and make sure that hidden files are visible too.

Finally re-install your SharkScope Desktop once again, with the latest version available in, then re-start your equipment.
