SharkScope to Publish WPT Player Data

SharkScope, the industry leader in tracking and analyzing online poker tournaments, has partnered with World Poker Tour® to publish its first ever land-based tournament statistics. Poker fans now possess the ability to track and view graphical representations of stats for any player who has participated in a WPT® main event since its inception in 2002. SharkScope.com will continue providing current data as WPT commences its 9th season at the Bellagio Cup in July.

For the first time anywhere you can now accurately see how much profit professional players make from premier live tournament events and what the attainable ROI’s are.

Filter and Blocking Enhancements

Today we’ve added a couple of features to help you analyse your data in more detail.

Firstly you can now use a VS Player filter, whereby you can specify a player’s name and only include results against that player (the VS Player filter can be found in advanced search options in the “Other Options” drop down). The power of this filter is that it can be used in combination with all the other advanced search filters and it will eventually completely replace the Head to Head feature.

The 2nd change is that you can now configure your Personal Playing Names on the preferences page. This automatically creates a Global Alias for all your usernames which can be searched. More importantly after configuring these names when you search for a blocked player, instead of seeing nothing, you will now see the VS=|Me| filter applied, which shows you all the results from games you have played against this player.
